Product Details

Setup – We build the site for you.

• we talk to you about the whole process (target market, content, legalities, domain name, copyright, the steps needed)
• registration of your own domain name
• a hosting infrastructure account will be set up
• 5 e-mail accounts with POP3 access will be setup
• you will be presented with various web designs so that you can select the best one for your site
• the site will be set up with the modern content management system “WordPress” with the basic functions “contact” with anti-spam mechanisms and a picture gallery.
• you will be sent a PDF document with an example of how the site can be structured and with example texts, which you can use as a guide for your own texts
• after receiving your texts and pictures, the E&I editors will format the material and put them on your site.
• your logo will be integrated into the site

Daily Care: The data of your site will be backed up.

Software Care: The software will updated as needed.

Content Care: Depending on the option you select, we update one page of your site with the text and pictures which you supply us.

Time to Setup

The time needed to setup the site will depend mainly on the time needed to select a design and prepare the materials for the pages.

Delivery

The product will be installed on E&I systems.

The following documentation will be delivered 30 days after the order completion:

• access codes to the hosting account, e-mail accounts, scp and the web site software (CMS).
• a data copy of the whole site (including database) as a zip file

All documentation will be delivered electronically.

There are no physical products.

If you wish, the example designs and standard content documents can be delivered in paper form (or sent per fax) for an extra price of 55.00 EURs (+ shipping costs + VAT).

All prices are excl. of VAT (VAT only applies to EU residents)

The setting up of the website can be purchased with one payment or in installments – see below.

The default price is for

• 24x installments for the site setup at 19 EUR / month and
• a monthly care service (update and hosting) for one update/month at 29.99 EUR / Month.

Site Content Changes

The E&I team looks after the site and normally all changes are performed by the team. However it is possible for you or your employees to do changes to the site content.

Usage Rights

The website will be setup for your use only.
All rights for the website as a whole remain with E&I during the payment (installments) period.
After that period the rights will be transfered to you.

Copyrights

The components of the site have different copyrights and they remain with the copyright holder.

Cancellation

You can cancel the order at any time up to its completion.

If the purchase is cancelled, the price for the domain name will be deducted (as this will have been externally registered to you)

If the contract is canceled within the installment period, and if you wish to carry on using the site as a whole or the E&I supplied components/contents, you can purchase the rights, which is the difference between the initial one time payment and the part payments which you have already paid.

You can cancel the care contract with two weeks notice to the end of the calendar month.
