The Setup Pack includes the following tasks:

Content and Structure

• Your virtual assistant will help you define the structure of the site – on what can be done and whats needed
• Your draft texts will proofread by our editors and suggestions will be made

• After your approval, the web pages will be created using your texts.

Images

• The composition of the site using your pictures will be looked at by the E&I team.
• Discussion / Suggestions might be made
• Your images will touched up if necessary (sharpened, red eyes are removed)
• They will be prepared for the web (change of dpi, cut to a better visual effect)
• Uploading of the images to the site
• Install the images

• Linking the images with the page

Functions

• Create menu links to each page
• Add your contact details to the imprint page
• Register you with Google
• Integrate a Google map on your site
• Configure the contact module

• Configure the contact module anti-spam mechanism

Your virtual assistant will synchronize the integration of your texts and pictures as well as their public visibility with you.

Limited to a maximum of 10 text pages and 10 images (2 pages of your site will be for the imprint/contact information and contact form).

Time to Setup

It depends on how fast you can prepare the necessary text and pictures for the site. As this can be an interactive iterative process, please plan 7 working days at least.

(If this is too long, you can take the Standard Content option: The site is put online with standard content and then you have time to change each individual page at your own pace.)

Delivery

Your content will be installed on your E&I website.
Documents like site outline structure, draft texts, etc will be sent via e-mail. Fax delivery is also possible.
